About The Ride

When and Where:
Sat., Sept. 7, 2019. Registration, raffle ticket purchase, donuts & coffee, DJ music – all starting at 9:00 a.m. 2550 Wilmeth Road, McKinney (1/2-mile west of US 75) on south side of McKinney North High School. Kickstands up at 10:30 a.m. for a 90-minute ride through lovely Collin & Grayson Counties returning to the school for lunch from Hutchins BBQ while raffle prizes are awarded!

Purpose of the Ride:
Serenity High is a small and nurturing school within the McKinney ISD system (also open to students from other partnering districts). It has unusual needs and incurs special expenses atypical of larger campuses. This ride in support of Serenity is intended to raise funds to help meet those critical needs.

Equally important, it is the hope that Serenity High’s Ride for Recovery will bring positive public awareness to this little jewel of a school, as retired and current public safety officers and scores of other leaders of the North Texas community join together in support of youth working to put their lives back on track.
